To increase the engineers efficiency, using amended Egyptian code for concrete structures and defining requirements to be followed during calculation, execution and reviewing of construction factors, and achieving the highest efficiency in reinforced concrete structures and the right way in applying the code using - the flexible way and the method of maximum limits in planning and analyzing structures, using the computer along with an explanation of practical examples for planning and analyzing some concrete structures.

Identifying practical experiences in the field of organizing and management of building and construction work, as its significance started to show - parallel to the occurrence of big projects and its requirements of organizing to help achieve the specified time limit to realize its economical benefit goal, and that is where managerial and technical sides form an integrated method to organize construction work. The course also comprises budget analyzing and the impact of different construction methods and systems on organizing of construction work and use of computer in project management, and its application to several projects.
